    Excellent customer service! I originally ordered the udon soup (never had it before) so I wasn’t sure what it was suppose to taste like but to me it was were salty. I let them know and they didn’t fuss at all and let me order something else. Got the vegetarian miso Ramen and it was excellent. Lots of good flavor, toppings tasted fresh and noodles were well done.

    We love Tosu it’s our favorite restaurant in Medford, coming from Hawaii I know what good fish is and this place has got it! Some of my favorite things to get here are the Red cherry roll, California roll, Tuna roll, The Alaskan, Tonkatsu ramen with black garlic oil, O.M.G roll and they have excellent priced sushi great for a family or a date.
